Wild Willow Tours


Overview

This website is operated by Wild Willow Tours. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wild Willow Tours and the ‘Client’ is the person with whom the contract is made, this ‘Client’ is the ‘lead passenger’ of any group booking.

By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


Booking

A booking is accepted by us on receipt of deposit and subject to availability only.

A contract is then made between us and the client once we have confirmed your booking via email.

It is the responsibility of the client to check that all details including travel dates are accurate on the contract.

Once your booking has been confirmed we will make every effort to provide you with the arrangements as stated in the contract, but we reserve the right to alter part of or all of the tour including cancelling same in the event of unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.


Payment

We request a payment of 20% deposit to hold your tour date.

Full payment of the balance has to be received by us 14 days before the tour date.

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer/wire. We accept Visa & MasterCard. Please note that bank charges that are associated with bank transfer or wire transfer will not be incurred by us. This also applies to refunds.


Changes to reservation

Once the confirmation is made, we reserve the right to alter some or all of the tour, including cancelling for circumstances not anticipated or predicted, out of our control or force majeure. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued minus 10% of administration fees.

If you wish to change the date of your tour prior to departure, we will do this free of charge if you contact us 14 days in advance and if we have availability for your new date of departure.


Cancellations

We must receive your cancellation in writing by email to Wild Willow Tours.

If we have confirmed a booking and you decide to cancel, cancellation fees will be calculated from when the date the client’s email is received.


Cancellation Fees

The deposit paid is refundable up to 14 days before the start date of your tour, minus 10% administration fees. The deposit is non-refundable after this time.

Cancellation up to 14 days before the start date will result in 100% loss of the tour price.

If in the event whereby a cruise ship does not dock your cruise excursion will be cancelled and all monies paid in advance by the client will be refunded, minus 10% administration fees.


Insurance

There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of your tour.

We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside our package. We highly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.

You may not be accepted as a passenger unless you have arranged satisfactory insurance. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings at any time during the duration of your tour.


Law

The laws of the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the European Union must all be obeyed while on our tours.

Obligations and Responsibilities

You must inform us in writing of any medical condition that requires attention or medication before your tour starts. Any mobility issues must be made know prior to your journey. We have no wheelchair accessible vehicles.

We take no responsibility for medical care and its related expenses during your tour.

Visas, passports, permits and vaccination certificates required for travel must all be in place.

Once you book a tour with us you accept all responsibility for any damage. Damage to our property will be made payable to us and in the event it is to a third party payment will be made to them.

Under no circumstances is smoking ever permitted on any of our vehicles.


Weather Conditions

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for weather conditions. Tours cannot be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions. We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary.

Under certain wind conditions the authorities at the Cliffs of Moher may decide, in their sole discretion, to close the Cliffs of Moher visitor centre. In such a scenario guests may choose whether to approach and view the cliffs at their own risk. If you choose to proceed it will be at your sole discretion and we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or loss suffered.


Complaints

In the highly unlikely event that you may wish to make a formal complaint please inform the driver/guide at the time and if possible they will resolve the situation if it is within their control. If this cannot be the case make a complaint to us in writing within two weeks of the incident and will investigate the matter.
